For the Crust:

  • 8 oz blue cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush blue cheese slices lightly with olive oil and season with black pepper and sea salt.
  3. Place cheese slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and cheese is slightly softened.
  4. Remove from grill and arrange on a serving platter with toasted baguette slices.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and drizzle with honey before serving.
