  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
