Description

Tender grilled chicken served over pasta with a rich, creamy garlic sauce and a side of sautéed vegetables.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  2. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mixed vegetables until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Slice grilled chicken and serve over pasta, topped with creamy garlic sauce and sautéed vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
