Tender grilled chicken served over pasta with a rich, creamy garlic sauce and a side of sautéed vegetables.

For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mixed vegetables until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and minced garlic. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Slice grilled chicken and serve over pasta, topped with creamy garlic sauce and sautéed vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
