For the Crust:

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 200g halloumi cheese, sliced
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the peach slices and halloumi cheese for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and the cheese is golden.
  3. Place grilled peaches and halloumi on flatbreads, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
