A sweet and savory summer appetizer featuring juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and a spicy-sweet honey drizzle.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush peach halves with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill peaches cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until charred and tender. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm honey over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
  4. Arrange grilled peaches on a platter. Tear burrata into pieces and place over peaches.
  5. Drizzle hot honey mixture over the peaches and burrata. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
