- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
- Brush zucchini slices lightly with oil and grill for 3-4 minutes per side until tender and grill marks appear.
- Transfer grilled zucchini to a serving plate and drizzle with the spicy Asian sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
