Description

A quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring seasoned ground beef, fresh spinach, and tangy feta cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Stir in garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top, cover, and let sit for 1-2 minutes until cheese softens. Serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
