For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Stir in minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
