Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 large wheel of brie cheese
 - 1 block of cheddar cheese, cut into progressively smaller rounds
 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
 - 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
 - Crackers or bread for serving
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Slice the cheddar cheese into rounds of decreasing sizes to form tree layers.
 - Stack the cheddar rounds on a serving platter, starting with the largest at the bottom.
 - Place the brie wheel on top as the tree topper.
 - Thread dried cranberries and pistachios onto kitchen string or skewers to create garlands.
 - Drape the garlands around the cheese layers and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
 - Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
