For the Crust:

- 200g grated cheddar cheese
- 100g dried cranberries
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine sourdough starter, flour, salt, and warm water in a large bowl; mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes, then incorporate grated cheese, cranberries, and rosemary.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours, until doubled in size, then shape into a round loaf and score the top.
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes, until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
