For the Crust:
- 12 crisp crackers (like water crackers or baguette slices)
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange crackers on a serving platter.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on each cracker.
- Top each with a slice or two of fresh fig.
- Drizzle honey over the fig and cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped thyme, toasted walnuts, and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
