A sweet, spicy, and savory flatbread topped with fresh blueberries, creamy feta cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey for a perfect appetizer or light meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the flatbread evenly with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries on top.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with fresh thyme and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
