For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread evenly with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with fresh thyme and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
