- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Evenly scatter blueberries and crumbled feta cheese over the flatbread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
