For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and edges are crispy and browned.
- Drizzle hot honey over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with pomegranate seeds, crumbled feta, and fresh parsley before serving.
