For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cranberries, honey, hot sauce, and chicken broth. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve hot.
