Description

A creamy, spicy, and sweet dip featuring burrata cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of hot honey.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cherry tomatoes and minced garlic with olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered.
  3. Place burrata in the center of a serving dish. Arrange roasted tomatoes around the burrata.
  4. Drizzle hot honey over the tomatoes and burrata, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
  5. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
