A creamy, spicy, and sweet dip featuring burrata cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of hot honey.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cherry tomatoes and minced garlic with olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered.
- Place burrata in the center of a serving dish. Arrange roasted tomatoes around the burrata.
- Drizzle hot honey over the tomatoes and burrata, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.
