Description

A quick and flavorful flatbread topped with creamy cottage cheese, juicy tomatoes, tangy feta, and a drizzle of spicy-sweet hot honey.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Spread evenly over the flatbreads.
  3. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is slightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with fresh basil. Slice and serve warm.
