For the Crust:
- 2 large flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Spread evenly over the flatbreads.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is slightly golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with fresh basil. Slice and serve warm.
