For the Crust:
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, torn basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss gently to coat.
- Top each cooked chicken cutlet with the tomato mixture and a piece of burrata. Serve immediately.
