For the Crust:
- 1 package (15 count) frozen phyllo cups
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each phyllo cup, filling just below the rim.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each filled cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and phyllo cups are golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
