Description

A festive and spicy appetizer featuring creamy cheese, sweet-tart cranberries, and a kick of jalapeño, all baked in crispy phyllo cups for easy entertaining.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (15 count) frozen phyllo cups
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each phyllo cup, filling just below the rim.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each filled cup.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and phyllo cups are golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes
