For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 package (about 24) mini phyllo shells, thawed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberries, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each phyllo shell.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the filling is warm and the shells are golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
