Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 package (about 24) mini phyllo shells, thawed
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberries, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each phyllo shell.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the filling is warm and the shells are golden.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
