For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast burger buns lightly if desired. Assemble burgers with patties, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
