Ingredients
½ cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional: garlic powder, herbs, chili flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Line baking tray with parchment.
4. Spread batter evenly.
5. Bake for 18–22 minutes.
6. Let cool before removing.
Notes
Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze in layers.
