For the Crust:
- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 packets assorted Kool-Aid flavors (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Kool-Aid packets, lemon zest, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place feta cubes in a shallow dish or jar, then pour the Kool-Aid olive oil mixture over them, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors and colors to develop. Serve chilled.
