For the Crust:

  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 packets assorted Kool-Aid flavors (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Kool-Aid packets, lemon zest, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Place feta cubes in a shallow dish or jar, then pour the Kool-Aid olive oil mixture over them, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors and colors to develop. Serve chilled.
