For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup lavender honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender, finely crushed
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
- 6 whole graham crackers, broken into shards
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add Greek yogurt, lavender honey, vanilla extract, crushed lavender, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Break graham crackers into irregular shards for dipping.
- Serve the chilled dip in a bowl surrounded by graham cracker shards.
