Description

A creamy, floral-infused cheesecake dip sweetened with honey and paired with crunchy graham cracker pieces for dipping.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lavender honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender, finely crushed
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 whole graham crackers, broken into shards

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, lavender honey, vanilla extract, crushed lavender, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Break graham crackers into irregular shards for dipping.
  5. Serve the chilled dip in a bowl surrounded by graham cracker shards.
