For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cottage cheese, blended until smooth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup lavender-infused honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Fresh berries and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving glass.
  2. In a large bowl, beat blended cottage cheese, cream cheese, lavender honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each glass, creating layers if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of lavender before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
