- 1/2 cup lavender-infused honey

- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- Fresh berries and lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving glass.
- In a large bowl, beat blended cottage cheese, cream cheese, lavender honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each glass, creating layers if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of lavender before serving.
