For the Crust:
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup shredded cooked turkey
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil for coating
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the stuffing balls with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
