Transform your holiday leftovers into crispy, bite-sized delights. These savory stuffing balls are packed with shredded turkey and baked to golden perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded cooked turkey
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for coating

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  4. Lightly spray or brush the stuffing balls with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
