- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place chicken breasts on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion around the chicken. Sprinkle feta cheese over everything.
