For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8 oz) wheel brie cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry slightly and place brie in the center. Top with thyme, lemon zest, and honey.
- Fold pastry over the brie, sealing edges with egg wash. Brush the top with more egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
