A delicate, airy panna cotta infused with fresh orange zest and orange blossom water, creating a light and fragrant dessert that melts in your mouth.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 2 1/4 tsp)
- 3 tbsp cold water
- Zest of 1 large orange
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat cream, sugar, orange zest, and salt over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is steaming (do not boil). Remove from heat.
- Stir bloomed gelatin into the warm cream mixture until fully dissolved.
- Stir in orange blossom water and vanilla extract. Strain mixture through a fine sieve to remove zest.
- Divide mixture among 4 ramekins or glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh orange segments or edible flowers if desired.
