Description

A no-bake dessert blending creamy mango lassi flavors with a spiced cardamom swirl, served in individual cups over a crunchy graham cracker base.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh mango slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined. Press 2 tablespoons into each serving cup to form the base.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in mango puree and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mango mixture.
  5. Divide the filling evenly among the cups over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle ground cardamom over the top and use a toothpick to swirl it into the filling.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
