For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Fresh mango slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined. Press 2 tablespoons into each serving cup to form the base.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mango puree and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mango mixture.
- Divide the filling evenly among the cups over the crust.
- Sprinkle ground cardamom over the top and use a toothpick to swirl it into the filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves before serving.
