Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef, fresh spinach, and Mediterranean-inspired seasonings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
