Description

Juicy, marinated chicken skewers grilled to perfection and served with a creamy, flavorful hummus spread.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Spread hummus on a serving plate, top with grilled chicken skewers, and garnish with fresh parsley.
