A vibrant and flavorful wrap featuring seasoned ground chicken, fresh Mediterranean vegetables, and a creamy, tangy feta sauce with a hint of spice and sweetness.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, honey, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes until smooth to make the Spicy Lemon Honey Feta Cream. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken, oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Spread a generous spoonful of the feta cream onto each tortilla.
  4. Top with cooked ground chicken, romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and extra feta if desired.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
