A creamy and tangy dip made with feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and Mediterranean herbs, perfect for dipping vegetables or pita bread.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the dried oregano and chopped fresh dill.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve drizzled with additional olive oil and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, if using, alongside fresh vegetables or warm pita bread.
