For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in zucchini, cherry tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 7-10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
