A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring ground beef, fresh vegetables, and Mediterranean spices, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic, and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
