For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic, and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
