- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and olive oil until smooth to make the creamy sauce.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Assemble each wrap by layering lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and cooked ground beef on a tortilla. Drizzle generously with the creamy lemon feta honey sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Serve immediately.
