For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and olive oil until smooth to make the creamy sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble each wrap by layering lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and cooked ground beef on a tortilla. Drizzle generously with the creamy lemon feta honey sauce.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Serve immediately.
