			For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups prepared hummus
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Spread hummus evenly into four bowls.
- Top each bowl with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and feta cheese.
- Arrange cooked meatballs over the vegetables and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired. Serve with lemon wedges.
