Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto each phyllo sheet, fold into triangles, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
