For the Crust:

  • 1 package phyllo dough sheets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto each phyllo sheet, fold into triangles, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
