- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mixed microgreens or arugula
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, edible glitter, and citrus zest until well combined. Set aside.
- Place the burrata on a serving plate or shallow bowl. Gently tear open the top to expose the creamy center.
- Drizzle the glittered citrus oil generously over the burrata, allowing it to pool around the cheese.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Scatter the microgreens and pomegranate seeds around the burrata for color and texture.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices on the side for dipping.
