Description

Elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and crunchy pistachios in crispy phyllo cups.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo cups
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and diced
  • 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a small piece of brie into each phyllo cup.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
  4. Remove from oven and top each cup with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and thyme leaves.
  6. Drizzle lightly with honey and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
