Description

Elegant and easy appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie and sweet fig jam, baked until warm and melty.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo cups
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a small cube of brie into each phyllo cup.
  3. Top each with about 1/2 teaspoon of fig jam.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme, and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
