Elegant and easy appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie and sweet fig jam, baked until warm and melty.

For the Crust:
- 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo cups
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Place a small cube of brie into each phyllo cup.
- Top each with about 1/2 teaspoon of fig jam.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme, and drizzle with honey before serving.
