For the Crust:
- 1 package (15 count) frozen mini phyllo shells
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Place a cube of brie into each phyllo shell.
- Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
- Serve warm.
