Description

Elegant, bite-sized tarts with buttery phyllo shells, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce—perfect for holiday parties or appetizers.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (15 count) frozen mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a cube of brie into each phyllo shell.
  3. Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
