For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh key lime juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into mini muffin tins to form a crust.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice until smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared crusts.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then refrigerate until firm.
