For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh key lime juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into mini muffin tins to form a crust.
- Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice until smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared crusts.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then refrigerate until firm.
