Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add oats, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, then press mixture firmly into an 8×8 pan. Chill for 1 hour before cutting into small squares.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
