Elegant and easy appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie, toasted pecans, and a sweet-tart cranberry drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 15 mini phyllo cups (store-bought)
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Place a small cube of brie into each phyllo cup. Bake for 8-10 minutes until brie is melted and cups are golden.
- While baking, combine cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until warmed and slightly thinned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove phyllo cups from oven. Top each with toasted pecans and a drizzle of the cranberry mixture.
- Garnish with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper if desired. Serve warm.
