Description

Elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie, toasted pecans, and a sweet-tart cranberry drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 15 mini phyllo cups (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until lightly crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.
  2. Place a small cube of brie into each phyllo cup. Return to the oven for 4-5 minutes until the brie is melted.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and honey until smooth. Drizzle over the warm brie-filled cups.
  4. Sprinkle toasted pecans and fresh thyme (if using) over each cup. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
