For the Crust:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shortbread cookies, crushed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large serving platter, arrange the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  2. In a medium bowl, whip together heavy cream, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla extract until thick and creamy.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed shortbread cookies over the berry mixture and drizzle with the tart cream before serving.
