Description

A creamy, cheesy pasta dish with tender chicken and bowtie pasta, all smothered in a rich garlic butter sauce and topped with melted mozzarella.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb bowtie pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the cheesy cream sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
