A creamy, cheesy pasta dish with tender chicken and bowtie pasta, all smothered in a rich garlic butter sauce and topped with melted mozzarella.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the cheesy cream sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
