This no-bake chocolate tart is dangerously smooth, deeply chocolatey, and effortlessly elegant.

For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into a tart pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate until completely melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and salt to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
